Presently he is the elected Vice-President of Supreme Court Advocates-on-Record Association for the term 2022-2024.
Since enrolment as an advocate in the year 1999, Snehasish has handled various cases in the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court and other high courts as well as before other fora like Board of Industrial & Financial Reconstruction (BIFR), Appellate Authority for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction (AAIFR), Debts Recovery Tribunal (DRT), Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal (DRAT), Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Consumer Redressal fora, Customs and Excise authorities & officials, Industrial Disputes Tribunal, NCLT & NCLAT etc.
The areas of core competence relate to writ petitions, Special Leave Petitions and all types of commercial and civil litigation relating to contractual disputes, tenders, arbitrations, taxation (excise & customs, income tax as well as sales tax), property law, insurance law, petroleum law, company law, constitution and various regulatory work.
