❖ Acted as lead counsel for the former UAE national cricket captain in a breach of contract case before a three-member Tribunal consisting of the Honourable Michael J. Beloff QC, Chairman Michael Heron (then QC), and Imtiaz Ahmad, Bar-at-Law.

❖ Drafted the response and appeared as lead counsel before H.E. Justice Shamlan Al Sawalehi for Snyder Prime Limited in an Application for Permission to Appeal on 19th October 2023 and successfully won the case, demonstrating significant expertise as a DIFC litigation lawyer.

❖ Drafted the main application along with the Rejoinder and Skeleton Arguments for Snyder Prime Limited (ADGM company) and appeared as lead counsel in a Part 8 claim for permission to commence a Derivative Claim before H.E. Deputy Chief Justice Ali Al Madhani, successfully securing a favorable outcome. The matter is currently at the Permission to Appeal stage initiated by the opposite party.
