Our Founder appeared for the Claimant which is a minority shareholder in the Defendant No.1. The case was regarding prayers for interim injunction for selling the shares of the Defendant No.1 as various allegations of mismanagement and minority shareholder oppression was submitted by the Claimant.
H.E. Justice Shamlan Al Sawalehi after adducing the evidence was pleased to pass an exparte interim injunction which was later finalised after hearing both the parties. The permission to Appeal has also been rejected.
